Glexo PDR DIABLO Cold Glue

The Glexo Diablo cold glue is the next generation adhesive composition developed for maximum efficiency in PDR repairs. It provides extremely high adhesive properties, a broad temperature range of application, and stable long-term performance, allowing technicians to achieve consistent results even under intensive workloads.

The Diablo cold glue is specially formulated to deliver strong adhesion on small contact areas, making it ideal for precision work on complex dents, including hail damage. Compared to previous compositions, Diablo offers improved durability and reliability, ensuring greater productivity during repair operations.

Packaging features:
The adhesive is supplied in a convenient modular package with three trays (inserts). Each tray contains pre-formed cavities designed for:
- Two cavities for Ø10 mm glue pieces
- Two cavities for Ø14 mm glue pieces
- Two cavities for Ø19 mm glue pieces
This arrangement provides a total of six pre-formed glue blanks per tray and ensures quick access and easy organization of working pieces.

After use, the glue pieces can be returned to the dedicated cavities, preventing deformation and contamination during storage. This packaging design guarantees cleanliness, convenience, and readiness for continuous operation.
