Hail Micro Kit V2 - 6 tabs with Diablo cold glue for PDR

The Glexo Hail Micro Kit V2 has been specially designed to help technicians repair small hail damages. Repairing hail is a demanding task where saving time is essential. Since PDR cold glue can overheat during continuous operation and lose efficiency, the Glexo Hail Micro V2 system includes redundant tabs to enable uninterrupted work.

This new version of the kit comes equipped with the advanced Diablo cold glue – a fundamentally new composition with extremely high adhesive properties. It ensures stable performance in different conditions and makes it possible to carry out repairs even on very small contact areas, increasing both accuracy and productivity.

All tabs are equipped with Glexo’s patented proprietary locking system with an O-ring for quick and secure installation. The tabs can be used with any standard PDR slide hammer. The recommended slide hammer weight is 0.8–1 kg / 1.7–2.2 lb.

The working technique includes the following stages:
1. Prepare the work surface. It must be clean and free of grease. For guaranteed adhesion, it is recommended to use the Glexo Surface Preparation System (SPS).
2. Install the Glexo Hail Micro tab with applied Diablo cold glue into the slide hammer until it stops.
3. Using a twisting motion, glue the tab to the center of the damage. Use the slide hammer as a lever.
4. Remove the dent with a sharp hammer blow. Repeat if necessary.

Kit contents:
- Two 10 mm / 0.39” tabs
- Two 14 mm / 0.59” tabs
- Two 19 mm / 0.79” tabs
- Diablo cold glue, optimized for different temperature and working conditions

After use, the PDR tabs can be stored directly with the applied adhesive. To prevent sticking, anti-adhesive films are included in the kit and should be wrapped around the tabs with glue applied.

The Glexo Hail Micro Kit V2 comes with a 6-month warranty.
